Returns & Refund Policy

At Cresn, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • For hygiene and customization reasons, custom-printed or personalized products (like name lockets, photo lockets, or custom keychains) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/design was sent.

  • For other reasons, you may request a return and place a new order separately.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@cresn.com with your order number and details.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back in secure packaging.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund/exchange.
